Mat's 1st NAB Trip to Vegas
I have to admit, I was pretty shocked when I rode into Las Vegas and saw a billboard that advertised the word "Sin!" The more time I spend here the more I see that this town lives and breathes off marketing depravity to the masses. Those of you who know me know that I'm far from a "Holy Roller". Still, this place makes a trip to south Georgia (Cafe' Erotica! oo la la!) seem like driving through Girl Scout country. In spite of all of this, I am having fun. The NAB show is unlike anything I've ever seen. The hotels are pretty amazing. Who needs to sit through a 10 or 12 hour flight... why not just enjoy the Eiffel Tower right here!
